Welcome to Framvio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Framvio is an AI-powered platform that helps digital-product sellers generate listings, landing pages, social content, and marketing assets. You are responsible for the content you publish through the service.

2. Account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Framvio. Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Content ownership

You own the content you produce through Framvio. We claim no rights over your wizard answers, generated assets, or product data. We process them to deliver the service.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Framvio to publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content. We can suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Payments

Subscription billing is processed by Stripe. Seller checkout for digital-product sales is processed via Stripe Connect — Framvio never holds your buyer funds.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On account deletion, your data is purged within 30 days per GDPR.

7. Disclaimers

Framvio is provided “as is.” AI-generated content may contain errors — review before publishing. We don't guarantee uptime, conversion rates, or platform compatibility.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll email active users about material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
