Billing

Framvio's own subscription billing isn't live yet — pricing is on the marketing homepage, but the Get started button collects a waitlist email instead of charging your card. Active sellers operate on a manually-granted tier today.

Tiers

• Free — 1 product, 1 platform's listing copy, no stats, no emails, English only.
• Starter — $29/mo — 10 products, all platforms, listing strength scores, review responder, landing pages on pages.framvio.io, full social content, 1 email sequence per product, basic stats, multi-language, content export, up to 3 team members.
• Pro — $79/mo — Unlimited products, auto-posting (when 13b lands), advanced stats with AI insights, custom subdomain, multiple email sequences per product, code export, up to 10 team members, agency workspace support.
• Agency+ — Unlimited workspaces (one per client), white-label (Phase 3), AI Personal Assistant (Phase 3).

Changing tier

Once billing is live (Step 18), Settings → Billing will show your current plan, next billing date, and an upgrade/downgrade flow. Until then, message support to change tier.

What happens on downgrade

Data is never deleted. Products over the new tier's limit are archived — visible but read-only. Auto-posting pauses. Landing pages stay live; only editing is locked.
