Manual Publishing Guide
Framvio doesn't auto-post yet. Instead, every scheduled post comes with a Publishing Guide — a per-platform briefing that tells you exactly where to paste what.
What's in the guide
- Numbered steps for the target platform (Reddit, Pinterest, Facebook, TikTok, Etsy)
- Character limits + forbidden elements as red chips
- Top 3 recommended subreddits (Reddit) or board archetypes (Pinterest), ranked by Claude
- Auto-fixed compliance issues (hashtag stripping for Reddit, engagement-bait warnings for Facebook)
- Ready-to-copy fields with per-field Copy buttons
- Image direction including a Midjourney/Canva prompt
Marking a post as published
After you paste the content into the target platform, hit Mark as Posted in Framvio. You can paste the live post URL (optional). The action writes an outcome_logs entry — that's how the stats dashboard knows which post landed when.
You have a 1-hour window to Undo a Mark as Posted if you made a mistake.
Day-7 and day-14 follow-ups
Seven days after marking a post published, Framvio sends you an in-app notification reminding you to drop in views + engagement numbers. Repeat at day 14. These manual entries are what the stats dashboard rolls up into per-platform performance.
When does auto-posting land?
After Step 13b ships the OAuth flows for each social platform. The plumbing is in place; we're waiting on the platform-specific API integrations.
